Underbase (Direction Vert Inc.) produces most items on a made-to-order basis. Shipping timelines therefore include both production time and transit time.

PRODUCTION TIME

All custom orders require production prior to shipment. Production timelines vary depending on order size, product type, and workload. Estimated production times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Orders enter production shortly after confirmation and payment approval.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within Canada. Availability of shipping services may vary by region.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package details.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other events outside our control may occur.

TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once an order is released to the carrier.

TRACKING

Tracking information is provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Any shipping damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. Supporting documentation may be required.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
