Customization methods
screen printing
One of the most popular methods for garment printing. This technique involves printing your logo color by color with paint in a "stencil" type concept. In addition, we can reproduce colors with surgical precision; simply provide us with your Pantone codes and we will be able to faithfully reproduce the desired color shades.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the art of decorating items by adding your logo, text, or various designs using thread to various items such as uniforms, bags, coats, caps, toques, etc.
*We also offer embroidery with flame-retardant thread*
sublimation
Sublimation is a printing technique that uses special inks that, when heated, turn into gas and penetrate the surface of a material, usually polyester. This process allows for permanent and long-lasting prints. For sublimated clothing, the design is first printed on a roll of fabric, then cut and sewn to create the garment after printing. This process is also possible on certain promotional items, such as drinking containers, cell phone cases, notebooks, mouse pads, etc. This printing technique offers great creative flexibility and involves virtually no constraints on design, colors, gradients, etc.
Heat Transfer
Printed Vinyl
Printed vinyl printing involves printing a logo or other design using a laser printer onto white vinyl, then transferring it to a garment using heat and pressure. This technique offers great design versatility and can be used for vibrant color or gradient printing. This process is generally more suitable for smaller production runs.
Cut Vinyl
Cut vinyl printing is a process where a logo, text, or other design is cut from vinyl sheets and then applied to the garment using heat and pressure. This process allows for high cutting precision and is applied color by color. This process is generally more suitable for smaller production runs or for one-off customizations such as player names and/or numbers.
DTF / Direct to Film
DTF Printing is an innovative technique where ink is applied to a specialized film and then transferred onto the garment at high temperature . This method allows you to produce ultra-detailed, vibrant, and multi-colored designs with exceptional clarity. It brings even your most complex ideas to life, offering outstanding creative freedom and long-lasting quality.
Patches
Personalization with patches involves adding embroidered, woven, or printed emblems to a garment or accessory.
The patches are produced separately and then applied to the item in various ways: sewing, heat-pressing, or even using Velcro, depending on the intended use.
Sim Stitch
Sim Stitch personalization is a technique for printing letters and/or numbers that creates the appearance of traditional embroidery without using actual thread. Instead, stitched lines are graphically simulated to mimic the effect of embroidery on fabric, then applied to the garment using heat and pressure. This method is frequently used for personalizing sportswear such as hockey jerseys. It offers a visual effect similar to embroidery, but without the cost or complexity associated with using actual thread.
